As we all know, Covid19 has placed all of us in uncertainty about the future. We also understand that our valued customers must be having several doubts running on their minds with respect to the Sporthood subscriptions they have taken. We just wanted to let you know that we have answers for all your queries. 

Are Sporthood centres open? What is Covid pause feature?

Sporthood centres have reopened as per the Govt announcement. We are following all the safety measures to ensure that you will play in a safe hygienic environment. Still, we get the fact that most of you are not ready to rejoin at least for some time because of this pandemic situation. But then what will happen to the Sporthood membership that you have taken? Will there be any pause feature to your membership? The answer is YES!. We have got you covered!

 If you would like to start playing with us again, our centres are open. We are happily welcoming all of you, by promising a safe hygienic environment. But, If you need more time before coming in, we have a solution for that too! Now let’s look into everything in detail.

Adults Membership:

With regard to the membership, it is paused for 79 days for all customers who had an active subscription on 13th March 2020. Also, by the end of this week, operations at almost all our network clubs will be resumed. In accordance with that, all adult memberships have been re-activated on 1st June 2020.

Kids Membership:

Keeping kids safety a priority – the uncertainty of them joining back – all kids memberships will be paused till 30th June 2020. Dear parents, please encourage your kids to attend the Sporthood Live – free online training sessions regularly, so that their return to playing games won’t be impromptu. Let them play from home with our expert coach sessions.

Players Safety:

We are following all the disinfection measures on all our sports clubs. It would be ideal if you can go through the guidelines we are following at the centres

FAQs

1. I’m stuck in my home town and not sure to come back to BLR / Kochi

Please raise a ticket in the feedback section of our app and our customer service team will reach out to you the earliest.

2. I want to take more time out before coming in

All customers are eligible to use the membership pause feature attached to their subscription packs. The COVID pause feature does not affect the total duration. Feel free to use it.
